The ultimate goal of every job and volunteer position at Teen Challenge is to help a person who is suffering from drug or alcohol addiction to experience recovery through the power of Jesus Christ.

Teen Challenge of Texas is looking for talented and dedicated people who will help us carry out our mission. Our work and volunteer force consists of a diverse group of people from all walks of life. Some staff members are ordained ministers, while others have spent years in prison, but all are devoted to seeing students succeed in building a new life.

Job Positions

Position	Location
Director	Coastal Bend
	Summary: The Executive Director is the senior staff member and the operations manager for all activities at a local Teen Challenge of Texas campus
Intern	All locations
	Summary: The Intern Program is 6 to 12 months in length and can potentially lead to a full-time position with Teen Challenge of Texas. The program is excellent for those desiring to serve in ministry full-time - especially those who want to serve in Teen Challenge - and it offers a small stipend, lodging, food, curriculum, and mentoring.
